If you are employed and going to office every day, you probably spend more awake time at office than with your family. That is why, at Healthwatch, we consider it our personal responsibility to work for the wellbeing of our staff.
These are glimpses of our latest step in our efforts to promote mental and physical health in a holistic way: the ancient Indian science of yoga being taught to a group of registered participants.
With the International Yoga Day coming up on 21 June, we decided to give Healthwatchers in Chennai, Salem and New Delhi a taste of it and stoke their interest, so that they may take it up for good and adopt it as a part of their everyday lives.

After Chennai and Salem, Delhi rounded off our efforts to introduce yoga into the lives of our employees, to help them become calmer, stronger, healthier and more nimble people capable of tackling any challenge and coming out trumps!
